1. Lowering of Membership Fees to:

Student/Retired $5

Adult $10

Family $20

2. Constitution: Approved.

3. Committee:

President: Jimi Crooks

Secretary: Jono Pascoe

Environment Officer: Nicola Reeves

Treasurer: Jayin

Club Captain: Jimi Crooks

Fun Captain: Nathan Lungley

4. This year a calendar to give approx dates of club events to be issued in next month:

Comps: 4-5 club ladder events to prepare for SISA circuit and constitute club ladder

Family events: 1 learn to surf days, 3 fun days

5. Logo’s for hoody/ t-shirt/ bumper sticker, now being investigated

6. Night surf – Dec/Jan full moon

7. SISA affiliation to be paid $125;

surfbreak protection society $15

8. 1St Annual Peer Poll Night ,Quiz night, DVD night first half of November.

9. Fundays - your ideas make it work for you : – Household item, other ideas are welcomed and can be emailed to bigrockboardriders@gmail.com
